2026-2027 GCSD Publicity Opt-Out Form
This form must be completed by parents/guardians each school year.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM.
The Goshen Central School District is proud to communicate student achievements and school/classroom activities to the local community. Goshen students are often featured on the district website, social media (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), in printed and digital newsletters, press releases to local newspapers, and more.
Your student's name, image, and information such as grade, school and teacher, may be shared to showcase his or her achievements and/or participation in school events/activities.
Please fill out this form if you DO NOT WANT your student featured on the district website, social media, and other district public relations.
Please note: Filling out this form does not exclude students from honor roll lists or yearbooks. Live stream permissions will be exempted separately.
