Spending plan maintains programs, stays within maximum allowable levy
On Tuesday, May 21, Goshen Central School District residents will vote on a $63,984,473 proposed budget for 2013-14. This budget, which represents a spending increase of 3.85 percent, will result in a tax levy increase of 3.76 percent – an increase that meets the district’s legal limit as defined by New York’s tax levy cap legislation.
