Capital Improvement Project vote to be held Tuesday, February 28

The public vote for the proposed Capital Improvement Project will
be held Tuesday, February 28 in the Board of Education Room at the Main
Street Administration Building, 227 Main Street.
Members of the Board of Education approved the vote
date during last night’s Board of Education meeting.
The proposed project will address approximately $30
million in upgrades and renovations mainly at Goshen High School,
including a 15,000 square foot addition, new STEAM (Science, Technology,
Engineering, Arts & Math) lab and suite, a renovated auditorium, a
multi-use artificial athletic field, additional classrooms, an improved
bus loop and expanded parking lot, upgraded district-wide IT
infrastructure and other site improvements, such as repaired sidewalks,
HVAC upgrades and a new fire alarm system.
