The district received an Award of Honorable Mention for its budget newsletter for the 2011-12 school year, titled Goshen News: Special Budget Edition; and an Award of Honorable Mention for its district website www.goshenschoolsny.org, in the 2012 NSPRA National School Communication Awards for Publications and Electronic Media. Entries were received from throughout the country. Only 15 awards were given in the finance publication category, and 18 in the website category.
