Show your support! Cross Country to host first meet in 12 years
September 12, 2011 - On
Tuesday, September 13, the Goshen Varsity Cross Country team will host
its first home meet in nearly 12 years at 4 p.m. versus Tuxedo, S.S.
Seward and Burke Catholic.
The 3.1 mile course, designed by Coaches John Russo
and Kyle Lewis, includes some challenging hills and incorporates the
grounds of Scotchtown Avenue School, Goshen Intermediate School and
Goshen High School. The course is being dedicated to former coach, John
Conklin, who lost his battle with cancer last year.
Parents, alumni, and fans are encouraged to come out
and support the team.
